Chemical Resistant, High-Build, Solvent-Free, Resin-Base Epoxy Protective Coating.

Rayston Protect PW is a two component, solvent free, nontoxic epoxy coating with outstanding mechanical and chemical properties.
Therefor it is suitable to use in areas where contact with potable water storage tanks as Rayston Protect PW does not support the growth of bacteria, and could be used where hygienic requirement is needed such as food & beverage and pharmaceutical fields.

Self-Smoothing, Solvent free, Epoxy Overlay System for Concrete Floors

Rayston Floor SL is a multi-component, self-smoothing, solvent free, epoxy overlay system. The cured coating provides a glossy, easily cleaned and hygienic surface with excellent resistance to mechanical wear and chemical attack at thickness between 0.7 – 3.0 mm. Rayston Floor SL may be applied to produce either a smooth or profiled finish.

high grade, high build multipurpose epoxy resin which can be used as surface sealer or scratch coat with and without the addition of the suitable quartz sand or filler.

USES

  • Priming concrete substrates, cement screeds and epoxy mortars.
  • For low to medium absorbent substrates.
  • Epoxy primer under different bases of flooring systems such as resin epoxy base, fully polyurethane systems and polyurethane screeds.
  • Intermediate layer underneath multi epoxy flooring systems.
  • May be mixed with sand to the desired consistency to repair patches or form covings.
  • Binder for leveling layers and mortar screeds.
  • Used as well as for the filling of fissures and joints.
