PU PRIMER
- This primer provides a better adhesion on difficult/non porous smooth dry surfaces. It doesn’t form a film.
- Do not apply on dirty, damp or wet supports, or supports stained with.
Applications
From -18ºC up to 55ºC.
With no dew point restrictions, at high relative humidity up to 99% With no
restriction on the maximum recoating interval.
Applications
High chemical resistance, and pigmentable in situ. It works as an excellent
anti-dust coating on cement flooring or wall treatment. Allows adhesion
between the concrete pieces. Can be applied by roller, brush or airless
spray.
Applications
- For low to medium absorbent substrates.
- Epoxy primer under different bases of flooring systems such as resin epoxy base, fully polyurethane systems and polyurethane screeds.
- Intermediate layer underneath multi epoxy flooring systems.
- May be mixed with sand to the desired consistency to repair patches or form covings.
- Binder for levelling layers and mortar screeds.
- Used as well as for the filling of fissures and joints.
EP 100
- Rayston Epoxy 100 Gel is a transparent two component sea-ler based on a solvent-free epoxy resin. The product is specia-lly designed to seal dry porous or irregular vertical surfaces.
- Rayston Epoxy 100 Gel is easy to work with, has excellent sealing properties, fast curing, good mechanical properties and excellent chemical resistance.
Applications
It allows a quick preparation and sealing of the support even in very irregular
vertical surfaces.

Two-component, water-based epoxy formulation.
Perfect for priming wet porous substrates that will be coated with epoxy or polyurethane systems.
Applications
